Move Well!

In this application of the Feldenkrais Method®, Cynthia verbally leads students through engaging, gentle and safe movement explorations.  Avoiding pain and strain, each student has the opportunity to explore old habits of moving and new possibilities for more efficient, pain-free, pleasurable movement.  As students master how they can learn to move effectively, they gain awareness of how the mind (intention) and body (action) can work together more smoothly with increased ease, control and comfort.

These classes are enjoyable and potent!  They empower students by offering a new awareness of options for reducing or eliminating pain, while increasing fluency and fluidity in everyday movements.  These benefits extend to a general sense of well-being, increased vitality in sensing and feeling, and a recognition of how learning new, effective movement can enhance thinking, creativity and problem solving.

Ongoing Classes:

There are no classes while Cynthia is on sabbatical due to an injury.  Classes will start up after SEPTEMBER 15, 2020
